| A couple of weeks ago, I saw a new patient in my suburban
family practice clinic - a 46 yr old woman with hypertension who had
been treated in the past but not within the past year. Otherwise
without complaints. Got her started on hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg
QD and ordered a set of labs.

| She got her blood tests two weeks after the visit and her potassium
